Review on WowSender by David Sanchez

I like that it's easy to set up campaigns, track results, etc. The interface can be clunky at times (esp. if sending more than one email). It would sometimes not send out or deliver all of our messages. We used Wowsenders for several years before switching over to MailChimp but continued using their services in case they improved. That has happened! They've added features since then which makes them even better now. Their team was incredibly responsive when we had questions--they really care about us as customers. Mailing list segmentation isn't intuitive. Sending a series of emails is quite costly compared to other apps so we don't do much outside of just testing things occasionally. But we haven't found anything else yet. This app helped us get to know our customer base well and allowed us to make sure our communications were reaching people who needed it most.
