These are very Sweet Mary Janes & comfortable all day. My daughter got them for her Cher from Clueless Halloween costume and they are now her favorite shoes. They have soft no-slip rubber soles and nice insole padding. The patent "leather" is flexible and the edges/seams do not cut into her foot. They are shiny and keep their shine even after cleaning off scuffs. They have been worn a lot with very little wear & tear. We are very happy with them.
