Sent in a plastic bag and the box with the mask was broken and the masks were not wrapped in a plastic bag or sealed. And the color is not the same as the picture! There is also a note in the box with everything written in Chinese. In the second row was the model: Unsterile Ear Hook Style. (I can read Chinese) so these are ASTM Level 3 non sterile masks. It's still good for general use but I will be returning due to the color and damage to the packaging.
