This is the perfect solution to maintain my Nalgene water temp! First, they fit perfectly in the wide mouth of my 32 ounce Nalgene bottle. You need to pay attention to the "line" of the filling so they fit together properly. If you leave half an inch as suggested, you'll have to wiggle them a bit to fit the bottle. I usually leave about an inch of space and they slide in easily as they freeze. They hold about 8 ounces, so keep that in mind when filling your bottle before throwing one away. And they keep for several hours (4) before completely melting. - but as I said, meltwater can be drunk and it's still pleasantly cold! A set of four is great too, so I can use two each day (I replace one with a fresh frozen one at midday to keep the water cool) and have two more ready to use the next day. also very simple - just turn the bottle upside down and shake it a little for easy removal. Very happy with this purchase!
