They were very easy to install and secured our 4 foot diameter wreath (there was an eye bolt on top). We wanted something to hold the bottom two points and form a triangle because we have high winds, but we didn't want to put two other screws in our siding. I like them because they have a screw so you can hook them in easily. I've bought others without a screw and they haven't held up. The screw allowed me to really fasten it. One problem is you have to make sure everything is level to fit in the siding (needs to go under the siding which is every 2 battens) and it has to be pulled down to hold it in place. If there is no weight or tension pulling down, they won't stay in place. I used them to hang greenery from two lanterns in the garage for Christmas. You got up from Thanksgiving. One up and one down and they didn't move. Last year we tied them to lanterns and got them from the yard in early January. I bought another 10 pack - I gave my parents part of the first pack as a gift.
