Review on OutdoorMaster Mens Ski Jacket Waterproof Outdoor Recreation by Giovanni Glenn

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Strong enough for a man, but built for a woman.

The features of this jacket are great. Really nice drysuit with zipped chest pockets, lots of inside pockets and sleeves, just the right length for me. Many outdoor gear brands state that if you wear a size XL your arms are 37 inches long (e.g. Columbia, Arcteryx, Patagonia, Marmot, etc.). However, the fit is too big for me to wear underneath. That is unnecessary. because the inner jacket is so warm (but heavy!). However, the extra layer of fleece underneath made me feel oddly tight in my ribs—not in my chest, and not in my oversized stomach. It was strange. And the zipper on both jackets is closed. on the wrong side! I suspect they copied the women's pattern to make this jacket but forgot to put the zipper on the right side and not in the ribs. Otherwise, the bomber jacket is great for skiing because it is very waterproof. I ended up gifting it to my little brother who fit just fine but hated the zipper on the wrong side so much he gave it away. I ended up getting a similar Columbia jacket for $20 more. nice and light, but the sleeves are a few inches longer.
