This. we. terrible. I bought them to celebrate my recently deceased mother-in-law's birthday and they were a huge disappointment. The first problem is that the instructions are not understandable and very poorly (and weirdly) translated into English. Also, getting them to open without tearing them was a tall order. I think we managed to open two of the ten without tearing them. You are literally a thin sheet of tissue paper. The two we were able to open were really difficult to light. When we finally got it (what looked like a little soapy square) it didn't fill up enough to float away, they just bounced up and down on the ground. They only got one star because I didn't have a choice. give them zero.
