Review on Embroidery ThreadNanny - Single Thread Organizer by Dawn Fischer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Bought a cast iron ThreadNanny bobbin stand in 2016 which was replaced in 2019 after California wildfires.

The review 2016 follows my current review 2019. I am again very satisfied with the weighted cast iron spool stand, embroidery thread tangles and breaks are a thing of the past. Large reels feel comfortable and very well-behaved on this reel stand. The metallic thread is great for use on Thread Nanny's spool stand. It's also nice that Revain keeps a record of past purchases, making it easy to find and order replacements for this cast iron reel stand. Review 2016: When the spool stand arrived yesterday, I went straight to my baby lock, metal thread inserted, threaded. machine and started to embroider. After half an hour there was no tangling, no tearing of the metal line, no flipping, no moving of the plastic light line holder. ! I am happy, grateful and would recommend to anyone who uses metallic threads in a sewing machine! It's heavy enough to stay in place even with a large metal spool. It outperforms my spool stand with a large plastic base that can easily move or shift causing problems with the metal thread tangling or breaking. Now I can complete my project with a lot less hesitation and fear of the creepy but beautiful metal thread beast. Thank you to the person who made the stainless steel and cast iron nanny reel stand! Overall rating of 5 stars, twice!
