I don't usually write devastating, fiery reviews, but I want other pet owners to know what happened to this enclosure. I'm a new and fairly clueless cat rescuer. Did it myself and it took a week to get the little guy to the vet. I didn't want to put an active 4 lb kitten in a tiny box so I figured this pen would last a week. She worked great all day. The net withstood small claws (and still does) and is nice and roomy. That's where the positives end. The zippers used by the manufacturer are not cheap. They are not suitable for heavy duty applications and should not be used for fastening around corners/arches such as roofs and doors. They stick, they spontaneously open (in the middle) and two days later their top zipper broke straight away. This pen is for pets. They are unpredictable by nature and tend to rush and run. You should be able to count on the zipper to close quickly as the wavy kitty tries to make her big escape. I ordered a nice big metal cage and once it arrives (fingers crossed!) this piece of shit will be sent back for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
