The ability to do one thing well - keep aircraft records up to date, accessible, and safe. The user interface is pretty clunky and could use some work. Sometimes it's impossible to export a record without doing a mass search. The system requires you to upload all records, even if you don't have that specific detail. This means you can spend time inputting detail in areas where you have no information but later find out someone else did enter the necessary details. It would be great to search through the existing records based on fields that are not yet filled out so you don't start from scratch. This allows us to find people who need to update their info quickly and get them back into our system as soon as possible. The service is very good, we are satisfied with all aspects.The support team was always there for us when needed. We had to change our CRM several times during implementation process because it did not meet our needs at first time.I think that they have more or less everything you need but if I am missing something please let me know. My experience as an end user has been positive so far. They do what you ask them without any problems (or sometimes only small ones).
