Review on New Spark by Kenneth Bryan

I like that it's easy enough so people can use without needing training or having someone else handle their social accounts in addition of being able solve problems with ease when they do arise (which isn't often).

The interface could be simplified but this might just take away from its power as well since some things require multiple clicks which takes time out especially if you're trying to keep up while working fulltime! It allows us control over our clients' online reputation by allowing them access via Facebook & Twitter feeds where we post articles written about there products / services etc..
