I liked that GDR can be used to create a good database of information for my business, its easy to use and it gives me good visibility into what data is available and where we stand in terms of compliance with the GDPR.

The software sometimes freezes up but this seems to be getting better. GDR does not have any reports or dashboards that are useful for tracking progress over time, so I would recommend looking at other products if you are interested in such features. We have been using GDR to ensure all customer data is stored correctly and safely and to maintain our privacy policy and opt-out process with customers.
