These are great sneakers for busy toddlers. I bought the rainbows for my 2 year old daughter and they are perfect for kindergarten. The reinforced toe is good for avoiding punctures as my kids tend to drag their feet on their ride-on toys and tricycles. They are flexible and allow the child's feet to breathe so they don't sweat much when I take them off. Also, the rainbow color is really cute and the price is great! The material is light and breathable, so don't expect them to keep kids' feet warm or waterproof - they'll get wet from running. in dewy grass or mud. They are best suited for playing on dry and warm days. When choosing the size I found that they are true to size and not small as several other reviewers have pointed out. My daughter wears a size 7-8 and the size 8 fits just perfect with some wiggle room at the end.
