Great little accessory. Make sure that the correct connector is securely connected to your mobile phone and that the volume of the mobile phone's "headphones" is turned up high enough. My only complaint is that when the cable is plugged into Polycom (regardless of whether the other end is connected to a cellphone or not), the three programmable buttons below the screen are disabled, so you can't leave the cable plugged in. and use the Polycom buttons to call the simultaneously connected desk phone. I was hoping to easily switch between a connected cell phone and a connected landline depending on which line the incoming call was on. However, this is exactly the tool I need for great old hardware.
