The mount worked well. The arms are long enough to easily hold 3 30" monitors. I ended up cutting 2 armrests to a shorter length for my monitor size so the armrests wouldn't protrude backwards when my desk is against a wall. Adjusting screws require a lot of fiddling to set them properly, but if you don't move your monitors, they work when dialed in.
