Review on 🧼 CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser Bar: Soap-Free Facial & Body Cleanser, 5% Cerave Moisturizing Cream, Fragrance-Free, 3-Pack - 4.5 Ounce Each by Kim Mills

I originally purchased this product to avoid having to carry a liquid cleanser in my carry-on luggage. When it arrived I wanted to try it right away, just to make sure I wasn't taking anything on a trip that wasn't good for my skin. I've used CeraVe products like the Foaming Facial Cleanser and Moisturizer in the past and haven't had any issues with the cleanser, but the cream sometimes burned or stung my face. I've been using this cleaning soap for about a week now and I love it! For the record, I have extremely sensitive and reactive skin, so I can tell right away when a product isn't working for me. I'm also very acne prone and have had a really bad hormonal boost recently so I'm very careful about the products I use on my face. Due to the acne I had I have used both topical and oral acne treatments which have left my skin quite dehydrated but I can still get oily from time to time. Needless to say, my skin is very picky. This bar doesn't sting at all, cleans my skin very well without feeling peeling, feels very comfortable on the skin and washes off. I felt my face soften almost immediately, but I wasn't sure if it was just the arousal from the product. Then my friend, who didn't know I was trying a new face product, noticed how soft my face was. highly recommend trying this. It has no fragrance at all, even masking odors so it doesn't smell the best. It smells like unscented baby powder mixed with some caulking paste to be honest, but I'm used to it. It also lathers really well, which I like because it's just a nice experience, but it doesn't have any harsh surfactants that rip skin off. I also use it for double cleansing on days when I don't wear makeup, just sunscreen and don't feel like I'm drying my face out and feel really clean afterwards. Overall I think this is a great product! If you're looking for a travel cleanser, or are trying to stay away from single-use plastic, or are just looking for a new skincare product but are very sensitive to many ingredients, I think this is definitely worth a try !
