They returned my boy after 4 years and the first thing he did was. He jumped in, sniffed and immediately started scratching him vigorously and after 2 months you don't notice that attention anymore. This has to be the strongest cardboard scraper ever! I highly recommend this product. To update! I bought a second one on 4/21 and it's not the same quality as the first one. The cardboard below is missing right in the middle, so there is a hole. The cardboard where the ears are will be cut out on a different plane than the rest. The actual floor was dented in several places. And the lid on the bottom is cut too small and not attached properly, so that it doesn't cover everything in some places and protrudes sharply in other places. I note that the box it arrived in was in perfect condition, no dents. It's just that this time it was done carelessly compared to the first. Let's see how it compares to the older one.
