Now the quality is as expected
The skirt was too long and the fabric too thin. There were no underpants and not what I expected from Tommy. Can't recommend for the price.

- Fit was great just wish it was a little longer for tall people. Maybe 2 different lengths would be nice.
Cons
- The material of this skirt is very thin.
