Ordered this set as a gift; rave, high-quality reviews amaze me now. While the scissors and awl are sharp as mentioned in many reviews and from a distance the tools are pretty, up close you can see that this set is made of inferior materials and the price is too high due to the fake metal which is rather fragile as strong or durable. right over a long period of time. (The bodkin is so light I'm sure I could break it with my hands.) I plan on ordering more sets if this one fits to give to my daughters and sister in law. Instead of buying more I'm returning this one and wondering why I didn't read more reviews; I'm surprised at the praise for the quality. I would hesitate to give them.
