I'm 5'8" and 230 lbs. A size 5 fits well and could probably fit a size 4 but would probably be too tight around the hips. I love this one Swimsuit and got loads of compliments!* **Edited 1 year later: The swimsuit has lasted over a year but the bottom is a bit stretchy.Just ordered different polka dot bottoms to match my top and it's perfect.
