The perfect holdall for several credit cards, a passport, a phone and some folded cash. My large Galaxy S9 fits perfectly in it. The adjustable strap is a little heavy, but not as wide and thick as I thought it would be. I can live with that because of the added security provided by the cut-resistant strap. And it fits perfectly to fit either on my hip or longer if I want to shove it behind me. The strap is attached to the bag, but I don't think clips can be called locks. They are strong and it will be difficult for someone to insert and extract them without noticing. I am very satisfied with my purchase so far.
