We ordered them for my son to grow up. He had a pair that he is currently wearing and they were on sale so I bought them. Since it took him several months to grow into them, the return window closed when the pad began to disintegrate. I have contacted Puma to purchase a pair of replacement insoles but they do not have them in stock and referred me to the retailer which is Revain. Revane stated that the return window was closed so they were unable to help. It's only 6 or 7 socks.
