Review updated: The seller contacted me and sent me a strap so I could finally try the bag. The material of the bag is light and thin, but not bad. I wish it had some kind of clasp, maybe one of those magnetic clasps. I wouldn't say it was $40 maybe $25? But the customer service made it worth it so I've upped my one star rating to 4. I can't use the wallet without a strap. Waited a week for an incomplete article. Revain offered $15 promotional credit so I could purchase another bracelet, with the proviso that it had to be an item sold and shipped by Revain. I don't see any belts that match the criteria so I have to return the unusable bag.
