Does not replace IR-30

The product description lists the IR-30 ribbon used by my Casio HR8TM Plus calculator. But it doesn't work. I cannot return the product as I had to open it to insert the ink roller into the calculator. Wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for the IR-30 in the description.
