Updated July 2018 - I've wanted to update this review for a long time. EZ lnk contacted me and sent me a replacement free of charge. Glory for that! It took me a while to burn through another replacement before I got to the EZ lnk cartridge. I'm currently on an EZ-lnk cartridge and it's working great so far; permanent dark finish. I guess I have over 500 pages already. So, turning down the one bad apple I have, considering the excellent customer service, and value a replacement, I'd say I'm quite satisfied. Yes I will buy from them again. Original Message ---- Printed very slightly on half a page after 10 copies. I tried shaking the container but that didn't help. I knew I was taking a risk by purchasing this non-Samsung product. If it worked I would give more stars. But what should you say if it didn't work out for 10 pages?
