bad fit in the ear keeps falling out. The earbuds feel too heavy to hold in the ear. I ordered another pair of ear tips to see if that would help and they were better than the ones that came with the headphones but still didn't fit. I'm sure if they fit better the sound would be better. They're nowhere near AirPod Pros or Bose Qc headphones, and they're wireless. My Jabra 85t and Sennheiser wireless headphones sound better too. They are all more expensive but worth it in my book.
