This is an adorable backpack! I wanted my 2.5 year old to choose his own backpack but he insisted on green and didn't consider other backpacks after seeing this one. It's the perfect size for it, and it fits a decent amount of items, although when I put in its standard-size lunchbox, it no longer fits. It's durable and the zipper works well. There are two things I don't like about it. A standard folder will fit, but the top edges fold over allowing the folder to catch in the zipper and collapse over time. Also, the shoulder straps are flimsy and don't seem very well planned; Even if they wanted to make the straps smaller, they could make them a bit wider and with a little padding. Otherwise we are very happy with this purchase!
