The seller did an excellent job, there were no problems with the order, but the product was disappointing. I figured it would be a good idea to invest a little more than usual in a watch that would be appropriate for the medical profession I work in, and bought a Speidel watch, thinking the $60 was well spent were. Initially I was very pleased, the watch is easy to read although I wish the backlight had lasted longer to take vitals readings in low light conditions but after about a month of ownership when I commute to work the watch just falls off off, the tape holding metal part, for no apparent reason, simply shifted. No hard knocks or rough wear and tear, no fuss, no apparent reason. It just sort of stopped holding the band. I then struggle to pull it back so I can put it back into the holes to reattach it to the dial. Reliability is essential for products used in the medical field and unfortunately this watch failed in that regard. I'm currently wearing my watch, which costs less than $20, even with a likely markup at a major college bookstore. I've had the watch for almost a year with no problems. I don't like giving negative reviews but I would say that this watch is not worth the price.
