The quality is fine, it's fine to use.

The charge stays put for a considerable amount of time. The device in and of itself is quite fascinating; nevertheless, after using it for a few days, it is difficult to understand why it is essential. It is fascinating to keep track of the data around sleep. Maintains a highly accurate step count. protection equal to IP67. Con: Read and watch other people's critiques. But I haven't come across a problem that's even quite similar to mine anyplace. It's possible that I have some elements of marriage built into my system. 1. If the parameters of the bracelet are adjusted so that it can measure the wearer's pulse, then it will do so when it is placed on his head. The pulse was estimated by the vibration caused by walking down the street. The pulse was measured by having the subject sit in a chair, which caused vibration. I sleep (!) and measured the vibrations to get the pulse. Why is he acting in this manner? There is not a predetermined time frame for the measurements. Just at an arbitrary point in time. Really unsettling. It was necessary for me to turn off the feature. 2. Every so often, he finds himself in a rut, at which point he begins displaying everything he can on the screen. It then iteratively processes each of the functions that have been installed in it. If you hit the button now, and for the next five to ten seconds after the task is finished, nothing will happen. I would also like to make notice of the issues that I came across in the reviews, which are as follows: 1. There is no such thing as a high-tech alarm clock that is designed to rouse a person while they are in the REM stage of sleep. Googled it on the internet, and then downloaded an application from a third party that is capable of doing this. Yet it doesn't wake me up during the fasting phase; rather, it wakes me up at the time that I choose. I do not detect any significant differences between this and a standard alarm clock. 2. The interior of the bracelet does not have a particularly comfortable surface. For some unknown reason, there is a protruding component there, and when the bracelet is worn in specific ways on the arm, it starts to press in an uncomfortable way. For instance, if you inadvertently lie on your arm while sleeping, you will experience discomfort =)
