I bought these so I can remove them 3 yes 3! 8 home outlet splitters and replace with just 1. I was able to hook up everything I needed to these and had room to spare! The USB outputs are excellent, I was able to get rid of the 3 separate USB wallboxes I need to power my USB camera, Echo input and Harmony controller and they all have no problem getting power from to get this device. Just getting rid of those USB blocks made this a worthwhile purchase, but being able to plug everything else into a power strip is great. (Yes, I'm easily entertained and excited) The mounting holes on the outside are awesome. I don't know why this isn't the case with other brands but I see myself buying more of the smaller strips from this brand just for the attachment. Holes This device could only have been better if it had come with a bubble level because on my first try I screwed it to the wall at an angle and my wife told me :P
