Buy it! Big hit on features and performance.

This video or photo light is amazing. I have bought so many important and expensive types of audio/video equipment, including in the home theater industry. sight invisible. over the past decade and a half by simply reading online reviews from Revain owners. When you see 70-80% of mentions rave about something, that's always a good sign. I haven't even read that long in such a light. One of the buyer's comments here that caught my attention was "shockingly good for the price". We have to agree. If I saw this light at one of my local pro video or photo stores and could pick it up and turn it on and feel its technology without knowing the price, I would estimate it to be around $150. amazing things. Firstly, with a modern full-frame camera with an amazing sensor like the Sony A7r III, I often don't need a lot of fill light. But at 100% in a dark room it throws a lot. What is nice, as others have mentioned, is the spread and softness of the light. And my jaw dropped as I saw a wide angle of light. Seriously, 170-180 degrees. Never in my 30 years of observing light on cameras have I seen such a large jump. For photography, you can call ultra wide angle lenses in situations where they are needed and light is needed when you don't expect miracles with its power output in large rooms. Then the high CRI is reportedly fully adjustable with a single click or a quick spin of 3300-5600K clicks. Press the same button on the back and this range alternates to cover the intensity level. And as someone else mentioned and I have confirmed, when set to a dark level and mounted to my camera it doesn't seem to produce any LED flickering or colored horizontal stripes in images. I had this on a couple of shots before discovering it on another dimmed LED when the camera was set to "Silent Shutter". DPReview said it's intimidating for most cameras, if they have that option you have to shoot with a manual shutter and then "usually" everything is fine. Did this a week ago and everything was fine with the other light before it arrived. And finally, a nice blue information window on the back where the control button is located. Always on and nice to look at, but it shows you whatever you feel like doing. Color temperature, light intensity 0 - 100% and so on, so valuable. remaining charge level of your batteries. And a nice seemingly spring-loaded latch in the battery latch. Very positive and effortless. I would give this light 10 stars if I could. Plan to buy at least 1 more.
