I've never written reviews, but I had to. I received the pillow. It was rolled up like a cinnamon roll. I took it out of its plastic wrapper and one side was folded like a bird's wing. Knowing that sometimes these things take time to inflate and expand, I let the pillow sit on a flat surface for 8 hours. It stayed flatter than the tire, and the edge was still curled in. The pillow was no more than an inch thick. i left for the night It looked the same in the morning. MAYBE I missed something, I tried to put it on. It offered the same comfort and support as a carpet on a cement floor. I folded it in half making it a full 2 inches thick and it was closer to the size of a regular pillow but still uncomfortable. Of course I'll send it back. I'm disappointed
