I never write bad reviews. But I'll make an exception for that. Initially I really liked this phone mount and I used it all the time. But about a month ago I was riding a bike path near my house when my phone and part of the mount came off the bike and fell to the ground. The stem is broken. My phone was fine but it damaged my case and screen protector. I reached out and they sent me a replacement mount. But just today I was out with my new mount and once again my phone flew off the handlebars and fell to the ground after the stem broke and destroyed another screen protector. The new bracket broke in the same place. So I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this phone mount as your phone could be seriously damaged if it falls off a moving bike. This is absolutely ridiculous.
