Easy to install and weighs a ton so you can feel the weight of the mount and know it's strong enough to support huge plasma TVs like the one I've hung with this mount have to hold. I would also like to add that my plasma is about 10 years old and the heaviest plasma. So if you have a new 40" or larger, this mount will impress! It has a built in spirit level so all you have to do is stick it into the wall after finding the studs with the stud finder and line them up, mark the spots where you need to drill and install the bracket with that you can drill the holes. Make sure I'm anal! I did it alone, but it wouldn't hurt to have another assistant if you're undecided.
