The smallest ear tip in this set is too big for most women's ears. This shouldn't surprise me, but I'm stunned by the fact that this was designed and built without the engineering team understanding. I had to spend an extra $100 at Avery Sound to have custom earbuds made so I could even use my Plantronics earbuds. Just put on the headset your rep told me to. I don't want me to notice. The whole reason we bought these devices for our office is that we need headphones and not headphones. Without a proper earpiece, I could barely hear the person on the line.
