I hope the company didn't take offense at what I did to their elegant wallet. It's very good quality and the perfect blank canvas I was looking for. My father is a boring scientist, loves insects of all kinds (except ants because they are devils). Anyway, I'm drawing him a bug wallet for Christmas because he's weird and he likes it. Of course I'm not done yet, work in progress, but I hope he likes the finished product. For anyone wondering: I used 99% acetone to prep the surface, then painted with Angelus brand leather paints (durable and long lasting, love them), and finally didn't forget to hit them with a heat gun (easy! Please do not burn the leather).
