Received this as a Christmas present for one of my patients and was upset that one side of the mug was noticeably faded/poorly printed. If you compare the two photos you can see the difference between both sides and how blurry/unclear the bottom one is. 3/5 because I am annoyed that the item was not quality checked and shipped anyway.
