This is much more convenient than the original tape! Never liked rubber. What can I say, for me it was perfect. I mean if I needed one more step it wouldn't fit. I have XL hands but my wrists are not that big. I think this is a great band but be careful if you have big wrists. Note: My wrist size is 7.5 inches. If your wrist is wider, you should look for another bracelet. Update: Use the blue toothpick-tight internal thread on the screw that goes through the clock, or you'll loosen the screws. I had to buy a second strap to replace the lost screws before finding out, but it's still more comfortable than the original strap!
