When I first tried this it leaked during the brewing process. I tried again with the same result. After removing the bottom filter and rubber gasket, I found that the three screws underneath were not fully tightened. Possibly lost in transit. After pumping it up I've brewed with it about a dozen times, no more problems, and it makes good espresso on the stovetop. It has the aesthetic I wanted from a transparent camera to watch the brewing. Note that the cup size is measured for espresso cups. So if you're expecting a large coffee maker, this isn't it. The attached picture shows a moka pot on a small burner.
