Didn't have much time to fart with it. I thought it was the same make/model as a similar camera I ordered a month ago. This is not the case (for different batteries). My buddy and I hadn't set up the lights, the room was poorly lit, the picture quality wasn't great, but it was better than I expected given the lighting conditions. and price. Just normal 4k/30fps, there was a bit of noise due to the low light but the sensor handled it better than I expected. I like this guy a little more than the other packaged 4k (cam with mic and stabilizer). Without adjusting white balance or other settings, this camera handled low light a little better. For less than $150, you can't beat this guy. The next step would be a DSLR (double the price of this package). This camera pack is more than enough to capture family reunions, backyard kids, or YouTube work. It's also good enough for shooting "indie stuff" if you want to get into video editing. You don't get the same quality as a DSLR or Red ($600 or $10,000), but you do get a decent 4K video source that won't break the bank. At this price, it's a great way to get a Unit A and Unit B camera without spending too much. With decent lighting and a little video/photo knowledge (how to set white balance, aperture, etc.) this is a great little device that will give you good results.
