This is a very beautiful and well made product. I'm not easily impressed so I can say that upon opening the box I was surprised by the quality of the necklace, the packaging, the little funnel and the extra screw to close the urn. The item is nicely packaged and ready for a gift. It didn't take long to fill the urn - you may need another pair of hands or to lean the urn securely against the inside corner of the box while you fill it. I could add cat fur and ash; the urn can withstand a lot. The necklace is not heavy, the chain is good quality but too short for the urn to be close to the heart. I believe this is a premium seller offering premium products! I am very glad that I decided to purchase this item from this seller.
