I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

I took a long cord and cut it to shorten it - I look - there each "hair" of the wire is varnished, so you can't solder them just like that. I had to carefully peel off the sandpaper and solder it like that. Then he wrapped the place of soldering so that the breaking forces did not fall there, wrapped it with non-shiny tape - it looks like a slight thickening of the wire, almost imperceptibly against the background of the spiral. And the main problem - the length of the wire - was solved. I did not check it on the equipment, but subjectively the sound quality did not suffer. I don’t know, maybe at high frequencies some wave processes are possible due to a jump in resistance at the place of soldering, but no matter how hard I tried, I didn’t hear them. Again, I'm not a professional in either music or electrical engineering. I'm just crazy about headphones, I take these ones home.

Pros
  • After Sennheiser HD380 Pro tried these (at work with them for over a year) - the difference is more than noticeable. Before, it seemed to me that the senkhs had a decent bass - after listening to these, I immediately realized how "thumbling" it was. And how hot they are. And what pressure there is not a head, how tired the brains are. I don't do music professionally. In my opinion, the MDR-7506 are the best headphones you can come up with.
Cons
  • Price. 5.5 thousand for headphones still need to be found. Also, the cord is too long for me. I understand that somewhere this is a plus, but I don’t even need such a length from the guitar amp to my ears. And to carry the cord with you to the player greatly interfered.
