The best thing about meaureup is its live chat support for customer service executives who are available 24/7 (or at least 6 hours per day during US business).
This feature really helped us when we had questions regarding any part or detail related sales process as this team were always there for help if needed even after office closure time - which was great in terms fo solving problems instantly rather than waiting till next working week comes around again! Not much so far but will update you guys once I have something else from them :) We use it only because they do not provide their own software solutions like many other companies out here since most people would prefer buying one compared to using an open source solution such has OpenXChange / Hubspot etc.
