I love these Corelle Versa shells! I wanted/needed something like a plate but with the benefit of serving something like pasta, rice or just a large salad bowl. I saw them surfing Revain (my shopping spree). You can't go wrong with Corelle as they don't break if dropped (I fell from counter height onto the kitchen floor and they didn't break). These bowls are so amazing we use them for almost everything. They are perfect for meals, snacks (popcorn, chips) or for kids to keep everything they eat from the plate to the table or floor. They are easy to clean as the food doesn't stick like some plates (dried on noodles I think) if you leave the dishes overnight to wash. They are also lightweight so children can easily use them, as can the elderly suffering from arthritis or a collapse. I highly recommend buying them and you will never run out of a set. They also make a great wedding favor or gift as they are very affordable.
