What I've always loved about the MacBook Air lineup is how much it reminds me of an iPad. However, what I like most about the MacBook Air is that you get a full desktop/OS since it's a laptop and not a tablet. I use my laptop everywhere because my MBA program is my work/personal device. I was looking for a bag that would allow me to use my laptop like a tablet or carry it around. This case is minimal, covers enough of the palm rest, is protective, durable and adds very, very little weight and no bulk. What I also like about the suitcase is the clasp which I didn't think of but it's nice that it helps keep the suitcase closed. This is a great product and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
