The ability for me as an employer or manager of my team, it's always been easy enough with this software that I can do what needs doing in order make sure everyone knows how they are performing at their current level within our organization - whether through performance reviews (which was one thing we used very effectively), feedback from peers etc., It also allows us all access so if there were any issues/complaints about someone being unprofessional then i'm able too address them straight away without having people come into work late just because someones not getting along!
