Arrived flat so I'm disappointed that it looks a bit distorted but I hope that over time it will regain its original shape. On the plus side, the quality appears excellent. The suede is very soft and the zippers work well. The interior is neatly organized with a central zipped compartment (non-removable) that's sewn on at the bottom to keep things from slipping underneath. There are two pockets and another zipped pocket on the two insides. The base also has some structure and looks like cardboard. I ordered a large size for my Coach City tote (same size as the Neverfull MM) and it fits perfectly. I had another felt organizer I wanted to use, but this one feels and feels more luxurious.
