I have been using this remote for almost a month. The remote control is very well made and very versatile. It's worth watching the video in the description which details how to pair this remote with your Revain device. My Revain Fire Stick remote is a wireless remote. Not only does this remote control pair with your fire stick, but it also has IR infrared capabilities. I paired both my TV and my HDMI switcher. All you have to do is remember which programs on this remote control you have programmed for which functions on other devices. You have eight keys to work with. Because programming this remote is done by entering programming mode on this remote and then pointing another remote at its face, this means you are not limited to one remote. So if you have multiple devices, you can program them all to this remote control. The only limitation is that you can work with eight buttons. It's well thought out and even has backlit controls. It comes with two rubber holsters that hold the various Revain Fire remotes along with this remote. So they are stacked back to back. It seems a bit difficult at first, but you quickly get used to it. It's so nice not having to use the on-screen virtual keyboard when searching for a song. Seems to hold a charge very well. Also, it is a pleasure to work with this company. I've also included an image of a page from the manual that will walk you through the programming steps for the IR functions. When you start doing that, it will make sense. I would highly recommend this remote if you are looking for a universal remote. It's designed for a fire stick, but you can also use it to combine your remote controls.
