The size fits. So charming and comfortable. My 16 month old didn't want to take them off. He walked around the house with it. He ran all over the yard and into the water. He hasn't fallen at all and hasn't slipped in his boots. He didn't want to take them off. I've received numerous complaints about this. I will definitely buy in the future. The quality is amazing.
