The dress is chic. You're a very tall 4'10 like me but to be honest I cut it off with very straight hand scissors and now it's perfect. Great fit. The size is small and I'm 112-115 4'10. Can be adjusted in the neck and back. It's great if you have curves or "enhanced breasts" because you don't need a bra. Also suitable for girls with small breasts. It's elegant enough for a night out or a day at the beach when worn as a cover-up. If you have very large boobs (trying to be reasonable) that are natural, think twice as I think a bra would look weird with a dress unless it's a beach cover up because there aren't any gives support. Not really form fitting but shows your body with very, very high slits on the sides. The slits are high, but you can pull up the panties (top) and put them on. My photo is underwear. Hope that helps.
